We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. To begin the return process, please:

  • Contact us via email within 14 days of purchase.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or faulty item.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Once approved, the item must be returned in its original condition. We will provide further instructions regarding return postage.
