We know you’re excited to receive your resources, so we work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 10:00am (AEST) on business days will generally be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00am, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, promotional periods or peak times, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll keep you updated via email.

 

Australia Wide Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal services.

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00
  • Express Shipping: $20.00

Regional delivery times are generally 2–3 business days, however delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

If you need to update your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed, we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Connecting the Dots Through Play.

If you’ve changed your mind, we happily accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags and components.
  • Not be damaged, altered or used.

Please note that sale items and clearance products cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

How to Return an Item

Please include your Order Number with your return. This can be found in your order confirmation email.

We recommend retaining your tracking number, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

Processing Your Return

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our returns policy.

If approved, we’ll process your:

  • Store Credit, or
  • Exchange

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received.

You’ll receive an email once your return has been finalised.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when packing every order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Email us with your order number and photographs of the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
